We'll help and guide your business set-up in the UK, including being your representative for UK-specific requirements like data protection. Aligned with your strategy, support will be tailored to your brand.
Set-up is a one-off charge of $500 in 2026.
You send inventory to us while retaining ownership, either directly from NZ or where you manufacture (and we can do quality control). We work with you to legally import efficiently and hold a licence to warehouse your stock. There will be monthly warehouse charges dependent on stock volume.
We'll support your sales and social media set-up either directly, with your marketing agency or we'll help you find an agency. Customers start ordering directly with you. We don't charge for this.
Orders are picked, packed and shipped domestically to your spec for a faster, simpler customer experience expected here in the UK. There is a small charge per order fulfillment and for shipping (and for returns).
We help you understand the UK market, customer behaviour and operational realities before investing heavily in expansion. Once your direct-to-consumer presence is established, we can support conversations around wholesale and retail expansion if that's where you want to go.
If you're not insanely proud of your brand and product, we can't be either! And that's kinda the point of all this - to showcase and support the best of NZ and Australia to the UK market.
